How Do I withdraw my winnings?

What is the "Pending Withdrawals" screen?

Once you request a withdrawal it is processed by our financial department. By entering the "Pending Withdrawals" screen in the "Withdraw" section in the cashier you can view all the withdrawals you have requested, which are still pending.

Generally speaking all withdrawals are waiting to be processed for 4 business days so that you can cancel withdrawal requests before the transaction has been processed, and return the original withdrawal request amount back to your casino account, so you can go ahead and continue to play.


I have requested a withdrawal but have changed my mind. How can I cancel a withdrawal request?
